How I work

My consulting and coaching practice is built on the Regenerative Leadership Lab (RLL) — a diagnostic framework that reads organizational health through three interconnected lenses.

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic. I don't prescribe before I understand what's actually happening in the system. The diagnostic informs the design — whether that's an intensive advisory sprint, an executive coaching relationship, a team and culture build, or a governance restructuring.
